Accreditation Fees

The accreditation fees include an annual fee per program, applied to all university programs that have students enrolled in the program. It also includes a site visit fee, payable in the year of accreditation or re-accreditation.

Speech Pathology Australia will invoice universities at the commencement of each calendar year.

Fees are payable by the 31 March of each year.

*The Site Visit Fee is additional to the annual fee, payable as applicable in the year of accreditation or re-accreditation.

Table 2 (below) provides an example of University Accreditation fees in the year of a site visit.

The annual fees are consistent across all university accreditation classifications and will be applied to any program that has students enrolled in the program. Therefore, qualifying programs will be required to pay the annual fee in the year the first student cohort commences. The full annual fee will be charged irrespective of the date of student commencement.

The full site visit fee is payable in the year a program is accredited or re-accredited, irrespective of the term of accreditation. The site visit fee will not be varied or discounted for shorter terms of accreditation.
