In the third webinar of our free member series 'Talking Business', join Anna Pannuzzo from WorkPlacePLUS as she discusses working arrangements and the differences between an employee and an independent contractor.
New federal laws have introduced statutory guidance for defining the employer-worker-contactor relationship. It’s important for speech pathology practice owners to review their employer-worker-contractor relationships to ensure they are paying workers their lawful entitlements.

- the importance of clarifying, defining and formalising worker roles
- the implications of underpayment, wage theft, and sham contracting.
