Is there anything else I need to know? 

A credit card number must be provided and will be passed on to the hotel to guarantee your booking. Your credit card will not be charged a deposit at the time of booking or in advance of arrival (unless stated in the terms and conditions for each hotel below). Your accommodation and incidental costs must be settled directly with the hotel on arrival or departure.

Getting there 


If you're traveling to Perth for the Speech Pathology Australia 2024 Conference, you'll find convenient flight options to Perth Airport, located approximately 18km from PCEC. Several major airlines operate direct flights to Perth, offering a variety of fare options.

Ground transportation to PCEC 

Once you arrive at your accommodation in Perth, you can easily reach PCEC using various transportation options: 

Public Transport: Perth has an efficient public transport system, including buses and trains. You can check Transperth's website for route information and schedules to plan your journey from your accommodation to PCEC. 

Taxis and Rideshare: Taxis and rideshare services like Uber are readily available in Perth. Simply hail a taxi or request a ride through the app, and provide the driver with the address of PCEC. 

Walking or Cycling: If your accommodation is within a reasonable distance, you may choose to walk or cycle to PCEC. Perth offers pedestrian-friendly paths and dedicated cycling lanes throughout the city, making it a pleasant and convenient option for some attendees.


For attendees driving to the conference, convenient parking options are available near PCEC. The City of Perth Convention Centre Car Park, located directly beneath PCEC, offers secure parking with three lifts providing direct access to the building. Additionally, there are approximately 5,000 car parking bays within a 10-minute walk of the venue.

Transportation from Perth Airport 

Train: Take advantage of the Airport Line, Transperth's newest train line, for a fast and efficient journey. Trains operate every 12 minutes during peak hours and every 15 minutes throughout the day. 

Rideshare: Uber is available at Perth Airport. Simply use the Uber app to request a ride and meet your driver at the designated pick-up area in the pickup/drop-off zone. Similar to taxis, there may be an access fee for rideshare services. 

Taxis: Taxis are readily available at the designated ranks outside the terminal building. You can approach the kerbside attendants for assistance or information. Please note that an access fee may apply. 

Car rentals: If you prefer to have your own wheels during your stay in Perth, various car rental services are available at Perth Airport. Visit the Perth Airport websitefor further information and rental options.
